Cancellation Policy
Because we are 100% committed to you and your pet(s) when you book a service, we do turn away other requests for reservations when we reach full capacity. Cancellations affect our ability to serve all pets in need, so cancellations made within certain timeframes of the scheduled service dates will incur a cancellation fee.
Robeaux Pets LLC reserves the right to charge cancellation fees for all services according to the following schedule:​​

​ ​A series of scheduled services (any type) in an ongoing care situation (for example, multiple days of vacation or “out-of-town” services):

15 or more days notice (over two weeks) = Full refund of the total cost of a series of scheduled services (minus a 4% payment processing fee if paid via credit/debit card.)

7-14 days notice (one to two weeks) = 75% refund of the total cost of a series of scheduled services.

3-6 days notice = 50% refund of the total cost of a series of scheduled services.

Less than 3 days’ notice = No refund, but 25% of the total cost of a series of scheduled services will be applied as a credit to your account that can be used towards future bookings.

A single scheduled service (for example, a single daily potty break, scaredy cat, dog walk (any type), or drop-in service (any length):

48-hours notice = Full refund (minus a 4% payment processing fee if paid via credit/debit card.)

24-hour notice = No refund, but a 50% credit will be applied to your account that can be used for future bookings.

Less than 24-hours notice = No refund or credit.

Service credits must be used or booked within six months of the cancellation. No refunds will be given.

ALL cancellations must be made in your Time to Pet portal under the scheduling tab, not by any other form of communication.
Holiday Rates

Holidays: All holidays and their surrounding date bookings are 50% non-refundable. The remaining 50% will be refunded according to the timing outlined in our cancellation policy depending on the type of services booked.

Spring Break: Any services booked during the last two weeks of March are 50% non-refundable. The remaining 50% will be refunded according to the timing outlined in our cancellation policy depending on the type of services booked.
Additional fees are added to each service performed during the following major holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
Each service performed on the actual holiday (listed in BOLD below) will be charged at their regular rate plus an additional $10.00 per service. Peak dates surrounding the actual holiday (also listed below) will be charged at their regular rate plus an additional $5.00 per service.

Winter Break (Includes Christmas Eve 12/24, Christmas Day 12/25, New Year's Eve 12/31, and New Year's Day 1/1): 12/20/24 through 1/5/25

Late Booking Fee
Service starts in less than 24 hours: +$10.00 per service.
After Hours Fee
Service requested outside of normal operating hours: +$15.00 per service.

Normal Operating Hours by Service:
Dog Walk (any duration) - Available 9:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Potty Break (dogs) - Available 7:00 am to 8:30 pm.
Scaredy Cat (cats) - Flexible timing from 7:00 am to 8:30 pm. Sitter can come anytime during regular operating hours since the cat does not want interaction.
Drop-in Visits (Standard or Extended) - 7:00 am to 8:30 pm.
Almost Overnight - 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
